Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with locksmith and garage service requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions
- Coordinate and schedule services with our field technicians
- Manage and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
