Administrative Assistant – Course Production & Delivery Support

Position Overview:
We are now looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our course production and delivery operations. In this role, you’ll handle key administrative tasks, ensuring that our courses run smoothly from preparation to execution, contributing to the high-quality educational experience our students expect.
This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about contributing to a supportive learning environment.
This is a full-time, remote, entry-level role for candidates located anywhere in Ukraine / South Africa.

Responsibilities:
Course Setup & Management
Generate and manage Zoom links for classes, interviews, and test runs.
Register and maintain necessary contact information for various course logistics.
Track attendance and update course data, including drop and attendance rates.
Data Collection & Reporting
Create and distribute course feedback forms and compile after-class feedback reports.
Gather and analyze course analytics from platforms like Vimeo for continuous improvement.
Scheduling & Calendar Management
Maintain and organize calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling of classes, 1:1 sessions, and team meetings.
Support production team in updating attendance rates and other course data for our primary markets (US and UK).
Requirements:
Experience Level: Entry-level; no specific technical background required.
Basic familiarity with Google services and Zoom setup.
Excellent written communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all written tasks.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination.
