We analyzed how the needs of employees and candidates have changed since the start of the full-scale invasion. Nowadays, employees usually ask such questions while applying for a job: Does the employer help its employees and the country? Is the company reliable and stable? Can the employees count on the company in full? OKKO is an example to follow on the market because we:
